This office refurbishment project in St Leonards comprised the construction of all elements of the modern commercial office, including reception, waiting lounge, boardroom, meeting rooms, utility areas, recording studios, computer rooms, open workstation areas, kitchen, breakout area, collaboration spaces and high-end joinery. These elements were delivered in an occupied office space and were carried out with minimal disruption to the client, as per the brief.
