Our Project Managers build direct relationships with our clients and ensure that total accountability is considered. They work with our team of Estimators and Designers to ensure that transparency is provided to our clients, so that they maintain control throughout the entire process, from the feasibility stage through to concepts and budgets, through to final costing and construction drawing phases, through the actual construction phase and in to the close-out / handover stage.
Our Project Managers will ensure that we maintain contact after the construction phase and into the Service / Maintenance Phase.
We pride ourselves in servicing and maintaining our clients’ workplace after the construction phase, continuing on with our mantra of building and maintaining long term relationships.
Our Site Managers are the face of Gapcomm Projects on site. We ensure that all Site Managers employ, maintain and deliver on all of our construction based systems. Our Quality, Environmental and Workplace Health and Safety systems are managed and delivered by our Site Managers. We are audited annually by SAI Global to ensure that all of these systems are relevant and up kept.
