Project Overview
Gapcomm successfully secured the design and construction project for the maintenance and service team at the Auburn Train Maintenance Centre. Our diverse team, including Interior Designers, Project & Site Managers, prequalified tradesmen, consultants, manufacturers, and service providers, completed the project within the allocated timeframe and budget, earning appreciation from our client.
The scope encompassed the construction of a spacious commercial kitchen/breakout area and an office space.
Despite stringent budget constraints, we maintained a minimum standard of quality and aesthetics through transparent and productive dialogues with our client and their stakeholders.
