Project Overview
Gapcomm collaborated with Lendlease to secure a lease agreement with French company Alstom, facilitating their relocation from North Ryde, NSW. The project, designed and constructed by Gapcomm was delivered on a cost-effective basis.
The efficiently designed space prioritises employee experience, featuring a south facing boardroom and break out areas with Sydney Harbour views, a training room and utility spaces positioned near the building core to maximise natural light for staff areas. Branding was a key focus throughout.
Despite a tight timeframe, the works were delivered on-budget and successfully completed around the Christmas / New year break, enabling a new and fresh premises start for Alstom in February 2025. The result is a stunning and functional workspace and our client Lendlease and Alstom, the occupier, are delighted with the outcome.
